Here are some of my top self care tips for 2025:
- Listen to a favourite podcast that is inspirational- I love Rob Dial and Mel Robbins 
- Take a nice bath and bring your favourite book or favourite tunes 
- Exercise but a style that you enjoy...maybe it's just a nice hike outside 
- Get to bed a little bit earlier when you have a busy day/ long week 
- Order a new book 
- Try to have proper nutrition and pack that water bottle everyday, If you had the odd Christmas treat don't beat yourself up about it! You are allowed to enjoy treats! 
- Call up a bestie and just have a catch up chat
