Here are some of my top self care tips for 2025:
Listen to a favourite podcast that is inspirational- I love Rob Dial and Mel Robbins
Take a nice bath and bring your favourite book or favourite tunes
Exercise but a style that you enjoy...maybe it's just a nice hike outside
Get to bed a little bit earlier when you have a busy day/ long week
Order a new book
Try to have proper nutrition and pack that water bottle everyday, If you had the odd Christmas treat don't beat yourself up about it! You are allowed to enjoy treats!
Call up a bestie and just have a catch up chat
